Guest Terms & Booking Policy
1. General Information
YASI Fun Club Pty Ltd (“YASI Fun Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a creative indoor entertainment venue located in Bangalow, NSW. Our sessions are designed for shared participation between children and their parents or guardians.
All participants are required to read and accept these Terms and Policies before booking, attending, or participating in any YASI Fun Club session or event.
2. Session Types
We currently offer the following experiences:
Weekday Littles Session (Ages 2–10) – Guardians must participate and supervise at all times.
Weekend All Ages Session (Ages 5+) – Guardians must accompany and supervise minors.
Exclusive Bookings / Private Events – Guardians must accompany and supervise minors.
YASI Fun Club staff act as venue facilitators and safety monitors. While they may provide assistance, guidance, or demonstrate equipment use, they do not assume supervisory, custodial, or childcare responsibilities. Guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our official GoHighLevel booking platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking via our online payment system.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other electronic payment options provided at checkout.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made two (2) weeks or more before the scheduled session may receive a refund, credit, or alternative date.
Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a credit or alternative date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Session credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
If YASI Fun Club cancels or reschedules a session due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date, full credit, or refund.
5. Participation & Supervision
All participants under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Guardians are responsible for ensuring their children behave safely and follow all staff directions.
YASI Fun Club staff do not assume supervisory or custodial responsibility for any child.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the premises without refund.
6. Health, Hygiene & Safety
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or have contagious symptoms.
Participants must follow all safety signage and staff instructions regarding equipment use.
In the event of injury or illness, staff may contact emergency services if necessary.
See Section 7 for grip sock requirements.
7. Mandatory YASI Fun Club Grip Socks
For hygiene and safety, YASI Fun Club Grip Socks are mandatory for all children and adults entering the play and activity areas.
YASI Fun Club Grip Socks are specifically designed to meet our venue’s hygiene and safety standards.
Other brands of grip socks are not permitted.
Grip socks are available for purchase online and on site.
If you forget your YASI Fun Club socks, you will be required to purchase a new pair before entry.
This policy applies to all participants and supervising adults to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
Respectful, safe, and inclusive behaviour is expected from all guests.
Rough play, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Guardians are responsible for managing their child’s conduct during participation.
YASI Fun Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who breach these standards.
9. Food, Drink & Personal Belongings
Guests may bring light snacks or pre-packaged food for personal consumption.
YASI Fun Club does not sell food or beverages (other than water) and is not responsible for any food brought in by guests.
Guests are responsible for managing any allergens, dietary restrictions, and food safety for items they bring.
YASI Fun Club accepts no liability for allergic reactions, contamination, illness, or injury related to outside food.
YASI Fun Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Photography & Media
YASI Fun Club may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes across marketing materials, social media, and advertising.
By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify staff in writing prior to participation.
YASI Fun Club is not responsible for photos or recordings taken by other guests during public sessions.
11. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
YASI Fun Club may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes across marketing materials, social media, and advertising.
By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify staff in writing prior to participation.
YASI Fun Club is not responsible for photos or recordings taken by other guests during public sessions.
12. Amendments
YASI Fun Club reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
