Booking Confirmation

Bookings must be made in advance through our official website or directly at our facility. A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation email from us.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking via our online payment system. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.

Age Group Guidelines

Our sessions are designed with specific age groups in mind to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all children. While age groups serve as a guide, parents and guardians are welcome to book their child into any session if they are comfortable with their child interacting within that age group. Please note, all sessions follow the same structure regardless of the age group.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a credit for a future session.

Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the session time will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a session without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the best experience for all participants, we request all guests arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time.

Special Needs

If your child has special needs or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make necessary accommodations. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.

Conduct

We expect all guests to adhere to our Entry Policy and Terms and Conditions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the session and potential restrictions on future bookings.

Updates to Booking Policy

YASI Fun Club reserves the right to modify this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
