Conditions of Entry

Supervision:

All children must be supervised by YASI Fun Club staff during their session. Parents and guardians are required to drop off their children at the entrance and may browse the shop in front at their leisure.

 

Health and Hygiene:

Adherence to our health and hygiene protocols is mandatory. This includes using hand sanitiser upon entry, which is provided at the front desk.

 

Footwear:

Children must remove shoes upon entry and wear anti-slip socks, which are available for purchase. Socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety.

 

Behaviour:

Children must follow the instructions of YASI Fun Club staff at all times. Non-compliance may result in removal from the session and possible refusal of future entry. Parents or guardians will be contacted to pick up the child immediately.

 

Check-In:

Children must be escorted to the entrance by their parents or guardians and handed over to our staff inside.

 

Waiver Agreement:

Entry to YASI Fun Club is conditional upon reading and signing a Waiver document. YASI Fun Club is not responsible for personal injuries or damage to property that occurs from incorrect use of equipment or facilities. Follow all posted instructions or ask staff for guidance if unsure.

 

Awards and Prizes:

Awards and prizes are given at the discretion of our experienced creative facilitators based on participation and creativity.

 

Parking:

YASI Fun Club offers two designated parking spaces for quick drop-offs and pickups only. Additional parking is available on the street for those wishing to stay longer.

 

Food and Drink:

No outside food or drinks are permitted, except for baby bottles and food. This is to ensure the safety of children with food allergies.

 

Liability:

Guests agree to indemnify YASI Fun Club against any loss or liability, cost, expense, or damage arising from their conduct on the premises and any damage they cause.

 

Behaviour Policy:

No violent, abusive, or rough play is permitted. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

 

Personal Belongings:

YASI Fun Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings with you or leave them at home.

 

Health Restrictions:

Do not enter YASI Fun Club if you or your child are feeling unwell. Children with visible injuries will not be permitted to participate in activities.

 

Slide Safety:

Children must go down slides feet first. Climbing up slides is strictly prohibited.

 

Changes to Terms:

YASI Fun Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Photography and Videography:

For promotional purposes, we may capture photos or videos during sessions. Please inform staff if you do not wish for your child to be included.

 

Feedback:
