Check-In and Waiver

Check-In: All children must be escorted to the entrance by a parent or guardian and checked in with our staff.
Waiver Agreement: Entry into YASI Fun Club is conditional upon reading and signing a waiver. The waiver absolves YASI Fun Club of responsibility for personal injuries or property damage resulting from improper use of equipment or facilities.

Facility Use

Awards and Prizes: Distributed at the discretion of our facilitators based on participation and creativity.
Parking: Designated parking is available for quick drop-offs and pickups. Additional street parking is available for longer visits.
Food and Drink: Outside food and drinks are prohibited, with exceptions for baby bottles and food to accommodate infants.

Safety and Conduct

Liability: Guests agree to indemnify YASI Fun Club against any loss or liability, costs, expenses, or damages arising from their conduct within the premises.
Behaviour Policy: Respectful and non-violent behavior is mandatory. Rough play or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Personal Belongings: YASI Fun Club is not liable for lost or stolen items. Guests are advised to keep valuables with them or leave them at home.
Health Restrictions: Guests exhibiting signs of illness or carrying visible injuries are prohibited from participating in activities.
Slide Safety: Use of slides is restricted to descending feet first. Climbing up slides is strictly prohibited.

Modifications and Cancellations

No-Refund Policy: Due to limited session capacities, all bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed. In cases of extenuating circumstances, session credits may be considered at our discretion upon written request to [email protected].
Changes to Terms: YASI Fun Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Media and Privacy

Photography and Videography: For promotional purposes, YASI Fun Club may record photos or videos. Guests not wishing their child to be filmed or photographed should notify staff.
Feedback: Feedback is welcomed and encouraged to enhance our services. Please direct suggestions to our staff or through email.
